Von Root is a most distinguished Treeman, earl of the small forest of Frumpshire.

There are no wood elves in the area but, in the valley across from the forest are copious amounts of the funny little chaps Von Root likes to enjoy the occasional chat with. They speak dreadfully fast and in a high pitched manner but Von Root has grown accustomed to their ways.

Von Root was invited to observe a blood bowl mathch between an all halfling team and a local dwarven team. What followed was very upsetting to Von Root for he saw many a cheeky little chap get brutally injured that day. The sadness turned to admiration for his little friends, so brave were they to enter the field of battle against these brutal bastards.

The admiration turned to anger toward the mean stinky bearded creatures and Von Root asked if he could join the team the following day...

Internet Router sent himself back from the future to provide the Challengers with some much needed internet connection as well as an even more sorely needed big guy.

He looks down on brawling (and most creatures) and, as such, will try to finish fights quickly with powerful punches.

IR's true joy however comes in the form of what he considers to be the an artform - chucking flings in the air!!!

The flings are not always willing but this makes IR even more of a fan favourite!

Bill always wanted to be a dirty player as far back as he can remember...

But the coach saw in him more than the ability to kick people in the head when they are down and inspired Bill to become the team's kicker....

Flibt, known as the unwillinng, never wanted to play blood bowl. But he did want the halfling ladies and so, one night, he got very drunk and devised a cunning scheme...

"halfling ladies like blood bowl players. But blood bowl players die... But then again... Dirty players get sent off? ... soooo.... Maybe... if I become a team's leading star player... I could... just get sent off instead of getting killed?"

And so, a plan was hatched as Flibt joined the local halfling team and prepared to stick his hair toes into the hapless faces and limbs of anything in his path... as long as it was on the floor annd not moving a lot annd a lot of friends were there just in case it got up

Flibt the warrior descended into the arena once more...
