Simple and straightforward, the Makeshift Mercenary Group, is officially my most tenured roster. They currently sit at 99 games, and will be playing match number 100 vs Rawlf's notorious band of Wood Elves, better known on Fumbbl as the Woodhead Wanderers. Unfortunately, I just missed this marking match 1700 for me as well, but all the same, this marks my first roster to 100 matches in those 1700 games.

The teams have some history, as the Wanderers humiliated the Mercs during the Grotty Little Tournament at a time when the Mercs truly did look like a roster that could unforlorn Chaos Pact. The two teams met a second time on less stressful grounds, to much the same result.

Each team features it's stars.

The Wanderers have all the tools to dominate ball control, in their two star Wardancers, Jerry Blitznut and Fred Fruitfly. Both are a 2+ roll away from attacking the ball on any given turn, with their obscene agility scores of 5. The Wanderers also boast a source of chaos on their squad in Dilbert Acornradicle the Goblin Bomber, and GLT prize that the Mercs coveted for their own, though they had other tools in mind instead of his explosives.

The Mercs, on the other hand, have a pair of brutal killes out for blood, in the near Legend, Penny Royal, and her accomplice, the Legendar Ricky Blackwell. With Gronk Trolled Holding down the line as a massive four ton roadblock, the team has all the tools it needs to handle the more agile elves.

The Mercs invite all fans of blood to come spectate what will hopefully be a gorefest. The match is scheduled now for 2/14/17 at 0830 server time. Rawlf suggested the Mercs pregame activities, and after some deliberation I agreed that the Mercs will spend the day partaking in beer, shots, and slasher flicks to get in the proper mood.
