It Lives!
I live and after 97 weeks of absence am glad to find Fumbbl still running strong. The new client looks awesome.
Almost two years ago I got into a nasty auto-accident which left me in a coma for six months. Been revalidating eversince.
Its been a long and hard road to get back on my feet but luckily I met someone who helped me make it true. One of the nurses in my Ergonomic-theraphy has stolen my hart for which I am eternally gratefull.
Also my apologies to all the leaguesadmins and other players of W.I.L. , W.I.B.B.L.E., O.B.B.A. and any other league that I forgot. Its still a bit messy in the head sometimes. I hope I'll be able to make ammends to all of you.
Hopefully I can return to the pitch quickly. Problem is I only have acces to the net on a notebook and I dont know if its resolution will let me play the new client.
Hope to feel y'all boots again, soon!

Wow, heavy stuff. Glad to hear you're okay though!
For the netbook thing, try moving the taskbar to the right or left side of the screen before opening the client, it works for my laptop. Otherwise, the only thing that will get cut off is the chat bar, so you'd just have to live with being silent or chatting in IRC.

I think you will find that "sorry, I was in a coma" will be a pretty effective excuse if anyone if miffed at you for having dropped out of leagues.... ;)

OMG!!! Just goes to show, you never know why people leave the site. I remember you very well.

As long as your screen has a resolution of 1024x768 then the client will run fine.
Try speccing a game and see how it looks. :)

Thx for all the kind words. Been speccing some (Warpstone)games and see that not much has changed! :D Remember Synn winning it last time, its odd seems like a month ago sometimes. Today I tested the client in standalone and it seemed to work fine. Some new icons are really awesome, like the Snowtroll, Norse have had some significant changes, me likez, also those squishy looking Slann seems like a challenge as does that underworld team.
So I think that tonight when my honey has gone to bed I'll make my way to gamefinder!
