The Dirty tricks deck
Well, I wish to talk about some of the dirty tricks from the inducement table, and how they pertain to Lizards.

The card list is here: https://fumbbl.com/help:Card+list

1: Blatant Foul: This is pretty great. First, chances to be send off are halfed (since no armor roll is made), and you do not need any kind of assists whatsorever. Pretty cool.
2: Chop Block: Situational, but can be hilarious. The best targets for this are, somewhat ironically, beast of nurgle or enemy Kroxgiors, but anything that likes to bash Skinks counts. Do you know the feeling when you made the important stuff, but that annoying big guy is holding up your skinks? Play that card, prone your skink and stun the big guy. Somewhat situational, but you can probably make use of it in an average game.
3: Custard Pie: This is a potential game winner. Quite often, people will mark your Sauri and be like "that Saurus is marked, my Ball carrier is safe", Well, it isnt. Custard Pie automatically trances the marker, and your Saurus is free to run wild.
4: Distract: Break the opponents cage, get something biggish stuck in, then play the card. Ideally, break the cage with someone else, move in a Kroxigor and then use distract before the enemys turn on the Krox. Anyone who was close will have a 33% chance of failing to block the Krox away outright due to the combination of disgusting presence on the Krox and Bonehead on anyone within 3 squares.
5: Greased shoes: Opponent can practically not do gfis in his turn. Can save a Skink ballcarrier, prevent one turners, stop occassional touchdowns and be outright hilarious if your opponent forgets about it.
6: Gromskulls exploding runes: Perhaps the worst card, Skinks cannot pass at all, and any Lizard who could potentially pass is to valuable to have a secret weapon.
7: Illegal substituion: Hold a Skink in reserve, preferably one with diving tackle, and seriously annoy someone who did not see this coming.
8:Kicking boots: Kick and DP are both desireable, so give this to a Rookie Skink and have fun.
9:Pit Trap: Potential game winner because you get to prone his ball carrier. Break the cage, Prone the ball carrier, and many teams will seriously struggle to retain control. Other potential game winner.
10 Spiked Ball: Kind of meh in general, but somewhat less meh on Lizards because we dont pass much. Other then the runes, the least good card.
11: Stolen Playbook: Quite funny! Shadowing and pass block makes Sauri really mobile and annoying.
12: Witches brew: 1/6 chance to totally ---bloop--- up the enemies ball carrier, 4/6 chance to annoy him quite a bit with making him really stupid. Usefull.

In general, there are only 2 cards which will be likely not usefull, 2 cards which I would rate at better then a babe, and the rest being about as good as a babe. I think that, against more agile teams, Dirty tricks can be better then babes. Against Bash, stick to babes.

Just a reminder: in LRB5+ Disturbing Presence doesn't have Foul Appearance's functionality anymore, they are different skills now (although they shouldn't, alone they are too weak).

Personally I would play Illegal Substitution when on defense right in my very first turn to increase the pressure as much as possible.
