Seeing less pitch time has given us a chance to catch up with James Hanna. The star Wreckers Catcher/Blitzer captivated fans hearts by being the driving force behind the Wreckers playoff push in the second half of season 3. Things looked set to continue into season 4 and started brightly but an injury has seen Hanna move to the fringe of the squad and the coach has told Hanna that his contract will not be renewed at the end of the season.

this is what Hanna has to say about the situation.

"I knew when Brown came in that my role of scoring would be less prominent but I was still heavily involved during the first half of the season, that is until my injury. Ever since the coach seems almost afraid to play me. I'm still getting some game time but I expected to be on nearly all the time. The coach has told me that he won't be renewing my contract at the end of the season which has forced me to try and look for another team to play for. I don't want to retire yet as I feel I can still offer something to a team.Ive been on the crystal ball to a few people most notably are Bos and Turner of the Bandits and Anderson of the Grizzlies. 2 of the 3 are ex Wreckers so I am confident the coach will find somewhere for me as he has for them but it doesn't hurt to ring around and see how other people have coped after injuries. Bos and Turner are an inspiration as they have had to battle through multiple injuries but still seem to find a home. With Bos moving to the Marauders I'm hoping there could be a space for me in the Bandits and the KFCE. It would be nice to see life in the other conference. Grizzlies also seem to have a penchant for procuring players that others would overlook so I will reach out the them too. I know there isn't a place for me at the Wreckers after this season so I hope I can end my time here on a high. and I also know that coach Hoodless isn't looking for much in the way of trade value for me so if you think I can give something please enquire with coach Hoodless. I know he will look out for my best interests and make sure I find a home."
