Kickstarter –– Last days
Hi, everyone!

I just wanted to make a little announcement that the Kickstarter campaign for my first game design is reaching its conclusion, and I'd love to see some more FUMBBL support. We're in the homestretch, but not quite there yet. As of this posting, we have $3000 to raise in 3 days. Please help us out in making this project happen. I, Spy is a blast of a game, with a great balance of both strategy and hilarity, and the response we've gotten from players has been overwhelmingly positive.

Several coaches have already backed, and as mentioned in my earlier blog, FUMMBL will be getting $1 for every 30 that these (and further) FUMMBL coaches donate.
Also, I'm very pleased to say that we had a particularly generous gift from a fearsome (and some might say infamous) FUMBBLer, which was given with the following stipulation––
if we reach our funding goal, we'll add $100 to the planned donation to FUMBBL.

Now, I know that not all FUMMBLers partake of other board games, but I'd wager that a few of you have friends who do. Any forwarding of the information by email or social media would be greatly appreciated–– we're just a teensy little company of gamers right now, and word-of-mouth is everything.

A donation of only $37 can put the game into your hands. ($52 to get to Europe) That's far below the MRSP for a game of this caliber, and it's not cheap because we cut corners–– it's cheap because it's our first time and we want to make it affordable.

I'm really hoping to see some FUMBBL support. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask.

looks good, though the £12,000 looks like it will be tough to hit in 3 days. Wish I had known more about it earlier.

how does it play as a 2 player game? Or does it only really work with 3 or more?

oh and also why arent people rating this a 6. Not cool, this is someones life dream I'm guessing.

Thanks for your support, Garion. I appreciate it in a way that no internet comment can demonstrate.

In answer to your question–– It is a truly 2-4 player game, with no exaggerating. The game plays differently with different numbers, but isn't really better or worse. This, I believe, is one of its strengths (and something that's a bit unique). A 2-player game is incredibly strategic, with a huge emphasis on bluffing and trying to mislead the opponent, whereas a 4 player game feels a bit more cooperative and political. One of the developers likes 2 players the best, another likes 4 players the best. Three is probably my favorite. Hope that helps.

So far, I've had 2 new FUMBBL backers. I know there are more gamers out there...

Im so broke atm that when lately an old bum in the streets of berlin asked me if i had some food, i considered to reply by burying my teeth in his opened hands - determined to not let go until i was nibbling on solid bone! No kidding.

Unfortunately latest expenses dont allow me to donate here. Otherwise id honestly chuck a few bucks, for stubborn fumbbl loyalty and getting hooked more and more on boardgames. Hope some other fumbblers/ boardgame friends find themself in a more favourable situation. Good luck nontheless - seems like a fine game!
