I just wanna hear ur guys opinion cuz I had a bad experience today. Is it okay to say no to play certain games? If u decide for urself that no u dont wanna play is it then ok for the other coach to tell u of and say u should go off gamefinder? |

No one should tell you to go off gamefinder. Pick what you want. Say no, say yes. |

its totaly up to you what games you play. just ignore him or report him if he becomes abusive. theres far too many rude coaches around at the moment (may have always been like this and i just didnt notice) |

I like to have a list of preferences and rules about playing on my coach info page. If someone offers me a game and I decline and they ask why I direct them to read my info page, where the answer is usually already written for anyone to see before the challenge is made.
If nothing else, it makes me feel better. :p |

Do what you want. Pick who, what, where and when. Don't let others decied for you.
People should not bully or harass another about playing a game.
It sounds like a guy you didn't want to play them anyways.

The beauty about FUMBBL is the option of playing whomever and whenever you want. If you decline a game and the coach of that team chooses to talk smack, give that ol Cee yoU Next Tuesday as good as he gives. Don't be intimidated by any other person on this site. With the exception of Christer and the admins, we are all on equal standing here. |

A polite "no" is much better than a rude "no". |

lamel, ive played you and you were lots of fun and not afraid to play a reasonably dangerous team. dont let one idiot get you down. in spite of what i said before 95% of everyone ive come across on here has been very cool. |

Standard game suggestion should go like this:
1. greeting
2. match proposal
3. (optional) team url, if your team isn't on the gamefinder
example:
Hi, are you still looking for a game?
I would like to play your <team> with my <team>
I ignore people who message me out of nothing with: "your humans vs my chaos". People with limited vocabulary don't make for fun matches in my experience. |

The said team I didnt wanna play was an orc team who offered to play my elves in fq. Normally I wouldnt mind if I found the teams modestly equal but in this case I was looking for a recovery game... and everyone knows orc is not recovery at low tr. |

torsoboy, i often forget the greeting cuz i find that if someones just bblfg'd you have to get an offer in quick. ignoring somone is much ruder than forgetting to say hi. but its good to know why it is you always ignore me.
i thought id realy upset you at some point |

Reciprocity, dear Paul. If the proposer is nice to me, I respond in kind. If the proposer defies my interpretation of etiquette, I do too. |
