There should be a reward for the coaches that write match reports (1 random SPP for a player or 10k Gold). It's really entertaining most of the time! |

A classic! Neal's candle burned only briefly, but his legacy on FUMBBL lives on .. |

Always good to see reports (and not moaning ones). In 599 matches I have written about 590 reports. There is a FUMBBL badge you can put on your profile for 50 reports but that is it (see fumbbl badges thread). Except for the early ones mine are usually a few paragraphs long.
I find them great look backs for fun matches, or points on a key player's career. But even for relatively dull matches I quite like to have a quick look back at one or two if I am about to play an opponent I have played before. Recently I did lower myself to imply my opponent was lucky against me both times we played. He then commented it was 120% skill on his part Always good to get both sides. I should probably make the reports more roleplay style than they are though.
I think a great improvement would be if other people could post comments below someone's review. I suppose it would be open to abuse but for stuff like FUMBBL cup it could be fun.

Agreed with garyt1 here - match reports are fun and I read most I come across. Dice whining however doesn't constitute a match report. Perhaps a like/dislike or replay counter would be a nice alternative to comments, but I don't mind those either - could be a lot of fun. Would be cool to be able to sort replays by most replayed, or liked match reports? |

I don't agree with in game rewards for out of game activities (op). I'll happily take that badge though |

Neal had some superb, if rather angry, match reports. I like the one where he played Stefano.
One of his reports also links to this thread from a different age:
