EDIT: post if you're giving so I can keep track of all this. Especially if you're pledging several units or "some other amount" (unless you really want that "anonymous benefactor" status, lol). It's okay if you don't know the details, a range or a pledge to work it out after the match is fine for now.
It’s been a wild ride for the Ranked Amateurs. We’ve jousted our way through a gauntlet of almost 400 games, shooting mushrooms and spiders alike, dig-dugging our way out of the pitfalls of the game, to arrive at the pole position of Blood Bowl: winning games, having fun, and generally going on a rampage. Beats a duck hunt any day.
For our 400th game, we’ve lined up one of the great masters of this dungeon of ours, a foe from our most-played-against race, a squad to remember:

That’s right, coach Gary_Gygax and I will be throwing down at 21h on Thursday, 15 April. As usual, we’ll be making a FUMBBL fundraiser out of it. Sann0638 will be streaming the match live.
Here are the terms of the fundraiser. You pledge any number of units. You’ll be giving $2* to $10* per unit based on how the game goes:
$1/unit per touchdown;
$1/unit per team held scoreless;
$0.50/unit per interception;
$0.25/unit per casualty suffered (incl crowd, d6 rolls, rocks);
$0.10/unit per completion per range band (1 for quick, 4 for long bomb);
$0.02/unit** per SPP on players killed (after Apoth);
$0.01/unit** per SPP on players maimed (niggle or statloss after Apoth);
Maximum $10/unit.
* feel free to pay in pounds, Euro, Australian, Canadian, or US dollars, or any vaguely similar amount in some other currency.
** the two teams have several legends between them. This could be a good bit of change.
Basically, plan on giving $10 per "unit" but the actual ask might be less (not more), based on in-game outcomes.

I’ll just donate a flat $10, with bonuses for how entertaining I find the game, up to an maximum of $35
$5 for each dead legend, and cash bonuses for bullshit plays and good tds. |

So if someone pledges a unit, and then it's 3-2, with 4 interceptions, and a dead person with 100SPPs, they would be pledging $9, is that right? |

EDIT: No, it would be $9 plus $0.25 per casualty. So at least $9.25 because there's a dead guy.
Be prepared to give up to $10 per unit, cuz that could totally happen. Some games have to be played yet, but right now, the two teams are sporting a combined 2064 SPP, so the right death could put the game up there at $10 pretty fast. (Like, if Howard Whitefire bites it, that's $7+ right there.) |

2-2 tie, 4 total Casualties, 7 Completions for 14 range bands, that's $6.40 per unit, $12 for ben_awesome, and whatever Klazam is giving. That should be a little over $100 raised, if everyone donates. |
