it's been pointed out that a PA- player can actually use dump off, it's an automatic fumble but it's nonetheless a teeny tiny thing the player wasn't able to do without the skill

not that it affects the main ruleset, there are no players with PA- and P access (I've double checked the Looney)

Ah yes, I was looking at the rosters on this site, which must have been wrong at the time. They're correct now: Looney doesn't have P access

one additional weird interaction

a ball and chain player WITHOUT no hands can still have sure hands OR monstruous mouth, because of the "negate strip ball" effect, but can't have sure hands if monstruous mouth is already there

yes, moving onto the ball with a B&C is not counted as a voluntary move, doesn't trigger a pick up, so doesn't result in a turnover (which instead happens if a Wraith or a Deathroller move voluntarily onto the ball, as specified by No Hands)

custom rulesets could have ball and chain players without no hands, still not allowed to pick up, but still able to catch/intercept
