Hello!
Max MA 9, max AG 1+, max AV 11+, max +2 stat boosts per characteristic.
You can increase a stat twice as long as the player doesn't get either MA 10 or AG 0+ or AV 12+.

If you have to buy a stat, you can't do anything until you've bought something. You could always go for a skill instead, if you prefer.
