The team with the highest score is the one that got the most wins before being frozen. Being frozen doesn't remove your score you muppet. |

All the frozen teams with a number of wins lower than the top 1 team's win should be eliminated, because they can't beat it in the current Season. |

Doomington's Hobolords have 16 wins.
What is misleading? 18 wins > 16 wins. Hoblords don't become top unless they can win at least 2 more games.
Am I missing something?

There is no need to see all the frozen teams with a lower score than the top 1 team's score.
It's extra unnecessary scroll down and visual space taken.
Maybe a top 10 list, but do we really need a top 100 list forced display?
Well, ok, there is no interest in efficiency, I get it.
I would make a default top 10 page, with a drop down menu to see the full team list, if desired.
That would be more efficient, but I understand that it's me. |

You are correct that they can't be the overall winner of the competition.
The misunderstanding or miscommunication maybe comes from the idea that every time any competition or contest happens, the identity of the overall winner is the one, sole thing that matters, and everything else is irrelevant and may as well not have happened. |

Additionally MattDakka, if the top position is the only important metric to you that's not an issue since it's right there at the top of the list, no?
Or do you want to easily scout out your potential competition?
I personally think the Freeze icons work pretty well in that regard. |

It boils down to having rankings including all the teams (frozen and active) and updated rankings with frozen teams with lower-than-top-1 record removed from the list.
Anyway, I was fooled by this sentence:
"Teams are active in the trophy until they have hit three losses. A tie counts as half a loss for this purpose."
I thought that "active" was "a team considered in the rankings" and "frozen" not active and not considered anymore in the rankings.
A team can be frozen but still matter for the rankings, if top 1.

I like visual order in things. I hate visual mess, because it hampers the readability.
I mean, I understand the importance of having the full list of all the teams taking part to the Trophy.
I'd like to have the full list as a menu option, not as the default displayed list. I'm interested in checking quickly the competitors, not the whole rankings.
