Coming back to BB after a long absence, and my teams no longer work. I'd love to revive them, but I can't access them. Is there any way to delete my old teams so I can make them anew? |

Hello!
Have you tried to transfer them?
On each team page there should be an "Edit" option. Try to see if a Transfer option appears when you click on "Edit". |

Ahah long time, you don't say
I think the teams are maybe too old now. There was some old division around that period, before my time, that was moved into Transfer div, which is what you're in
Then the site migrated to Ranked and Blackbox divs
Then to Competitive div, which is what we're in now
There is a process to move Ranked and Blackbox teams to Competitive, but I don't know it works for Transfer
You do have the option to retire, rather than delete |

I've just tried to click on the teams, but an error message appeared:
"Unexpected error.
Unfortunately an unexpected error has occurred, please reload this page before continuing.
Error message: Loading ruleset information: 0 Unable to load ruleset. [200/custom]"
I'm afraid the teams can't be transferred, I guess you have just to retire them and make new ones. |

You should transfer the teams from Ranked to Competitive division. |
