<B>TEAMS</B>
All Stunty Leeg [S] teams are eligible to join the Necromiser's Nightmare. You may join at any time during the Massacre. The Nightmare will begin October 31, 2005. The playoffs will begin December 1st, 2005.
<B>FORMAT</B>
The Necromiser's Nightmare will run for the month of November. Teams are allowed to play as many games as they can. At the end of the month, a lottery for 4 playoff spots will take place. Each team will receive one ticket per point earned. If your ticket is drawn you will participate with the other 4 winners in a Knockout Tournament to determine the Necromiser's Nightmare's Finalist.
<B>SCORING</B>
Win = 10 points
Tie = 5 points
Loss = 5 point
RIP = 10 points for an unhealed death by either side (both teams receive the points)
* If you play down 100 or more TR you score 0 pts
** If you play down between 50-100 TR you score 50% pts
<B>PRIZES</B>
Necromiser's Nightmare Point Leaders
1st Place 100,000 Gold Coins
2nd Place 80,000 Gold Coins
3rd Place 60,000 Gold Coins
4th Place 40,000 Gold Coins
5th Place 20,000 Gold Coins
The Finalist will receive a special gift from the Necromiser and a chance to compete for the Grand Prize.

Matches played on or after October 31st can be posted below. Please use just one post for all your results. You can edit them after each game. Remember games only count if they are played versus a team that is participating in the Necromiser's Nightmare.
Please use the following format:
Your team
1. Your Team score won/tied/losed (points) - Opponnent's Team score with # RIPS (points)= # Points link to match report
2. Your Team score won/tied/losed (points) - Opponnent's Team score with # RIPS (points)= # Points link to match report
3. Your Team score won/tied/losed (points) - Opponnent's Team score with # RIPS (points)= # Points link to match report
Total Points =
You can set up your tournament summary now or you can wait until you play your first match if you desire. Although the extra publicity couldn't hurt.
I'd also appreciate it if both coaches include a mention that it was a Necromiser's Nightmare game in the match report (even including a link to the group http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&group=1276 or this thread http://fumbbl.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=6400 ). This will help publicise the tournament without the need to spam the forums and make my job easier.

quick question regarding points here: do the deaths have to be inflicted or can they just occur?
Example: i hit someone with a chainsaw or bomb... no problem there. But a player dodges or gfi and SPLAT! Does the necromiser appreciate these bodies?
Also i assume these are deaths that are not regenerated or apothed. This correct?

10 points for an unhealed death by either side. so my guess is yes since its a rip, and since it says both teams get the points then it doesnt matter how they died, only that theres another body  |

Any death that registers on the match report will count. They count for both sides. The only condition is that the deaths must be permanent, so apothed or regenerated deaths don't count for scoring.

Remember if you are so obsessive that you must play incredibly lopsided matches, there is the Anti-Munchkin rule:
"If you play down between 50-100 TR you score 50% pts" & "If you play down 100 or more TR you score 0 pts"
It's a real pity that I needed to include this rule, but in past tournaments some coaches were so terribly annoyingly neurotically kompulsive that this rule was added. Remember this tournament is about lighthearted fun. With that in mind, feel free to only play coaches and matches that you will find enjoyable. I repeat, contrary to what some despicable past participants have claimed, there is no expectation that you play every match offered, yet alone an obligation to play such matches.
