Since the other bull has ag3 this bull is not gonna carry the ball very often.

So i was thinking frenzy. The dwarves provide damage so far, so mighty blow is not really nessesary.

Having one Frenzy on a team does, indeed, add a whole new dimension to your team.

Stand firm or Guard. I would go with Stand firm, you do not need to be blitzing with him very much and if you use him to break cages with the ST 5 break tackle, then frenzy can backfire on you.
