The rulebook that comes with the starter box can also be bought separately: https://www.games-workshop.com/Blood-Bowl-Rulebook-english-2020#share or at your local hobby store.

You should also read the FAQs: https://www.warhammer-community.com/faqs/#blood-bowl

Slann and Demons of Khorne rosters can be found on the NAF Tournament Rules -document: https://www.thenaf.net/blood-bowl/rules/

Will there be any way to stick with the previous rules for existing tournaments/teams?

is there any heightened risk for IP / cw issues if fumbbl just copies the new rules right over? will things be renamed in some alternate theme so as to avoid grandma wendy's scrutiny? purely asking out of interest and concern, not looking to stir any pots

And how long for?

Is that early, mid, or late Feb?

Only issue would be if the BB game rulebook was actually linked to or posted here. Which they won't be, as with previous versions.

3+ with reroll or 2+ 2+ with reroll is the luckier?

3+ with reroll fails 1 out of 9 times. = 3/27 times
2+ 2+ with reroll fails 1/36 + 5/6*1/36 + 5/36*1/6 = 6/216+5/216+5/216 = 16/216 = 8/108 = 4/54 = 2/27 times.

Therefore succeeding on a 3+ with reroll requires more luck.

Thanks for your brain.

There is a matter to avoid "cherry picker" with new rules?

And "module" to see more interesting stats? (Like number of victory/draw/defeat between 2 players for exemple)
