You'll need to use the tablet as a terminal that connects to a Windows PC via Google Remote Desktop, which should be installed already on the tablet. That's the best one can do here.

If the tablet doesn't already have Google Remote Desktop installed, you'll need to install it in order to utilize it as a terminal that connects to a Windows PC.
