I heard on a recent podcast that "High Elves are the worst of all the elves." I was just sitting there thinking, "What is a bad elf?"

I think they may be the worst at TV1000 (comparing to other Elves) but they just keep getting better as they skill. It could be argued that they surpass others as TV gets higher.

The positionals just dont have the base of skills to start with, compared to other elves. Which makes/means skill progression is trickier
