Stalling: Stalling is a valid tactic. Stall as much as you want and I'll do the same

Fouling: Tactical fouling only. Not fouling just for the sake of it. My teams will have very little (if any) DPs. Example of tactical fouling: If I'm playing DEs with only Str 3 and you have a big guy, if the big guy goes down, likely he will be fouled :). Same thing for high MV gutter runners, wardancers, witch elves, etc. I would not foul your lineman just because I feel like it.
