I've been playing BB since way back in '91 - however it has always been a "beer and pretzels" game to me. I've played it with mates in a casual manner and we actually stuck to the more random and unbalanced 2nd edition rules cause we thought they were more fun, even years after the release (and purchase) of the 3rd edition. Switched to third edition and later LRB - but 2nd edition is what I think of when I think "Blood Bowl".

I still suck though...
