I won't foul your team to death, but I do believe in the strategic foul. I do believe that if your only AG5 player, or your only ST5 player, etc is lying on the ground, then it is my duty to remove him from the game.

I will cry like a little girl when you foul my best player and kill him, but I will respect you for doing it, and not blame you one bit.

Fouling has a tactical advantage, and especially in leagues, it makes a lot of sense. I believe that LRB5 made it a little more fair, +3 is just pushing it a little bit!
