My brother-in-law introduced me to BB back in 2001 and being a former (American) football player and coach I was hooked.

I played BB recreationally from 2001 through 2016. When 2016 BB came out I entered in the local league here in Tucson, AZ and ended up winning the championship with the Dark Elves. I then slowly started to travel for TT BB tourneys around the USA in 2019 and have participated in Las Vegas Open, Rocky Mountain Rampage, Chaos Cup, Emerald Cup, and a handful of others.

In 2023 I stepped up and became a TO of my own 11s tourney called The Tucson Monsoon Blood Bowl Tourney (TMBBT). In 2025 I added a 7s BB kick-off tourney the day before TMBBT called The Tucson Monsoon Lightning 7s Tourney (TML7T). I like to brag and say that besides Chaos Cup, no other tourney in the USA has better raffle prizes than what my tourneys do. (Much thanks to Greebo, Charlie Victor, Black Orc Down, Squigmire, and many other sponsors of the TMBBT and TML7T.) My dream has always been to put Tucson on the map for destinations for BB coaches to come to and enjoy the greatest table top game ever created, BLOOD BOWL!

I was salty with how BB3 rolled out and started playing on FUMBBL in February 2024. I play as much FUMBBL as possible in hopes to get better at the game. What I love the most about FUMBBL is the SL teams...so many to choose and the lore/fluff of the teams are wicked awesome.

My ultimate goal is to be one of the best players in the USA and make it onto the USA National Team and compete in tourneys all over the world.

We were able to watch Varus grow into the a Legendary Player that he was from the inception of the Bright Shadows. His 721 rushing yards may be a team record that may never be broken...no pun intended."

The do-it-all blitzer, Manu set the bar high for many of the DieNasty stats, especially his 49 games played and a total of 10 MVPs awarded in his career. Unfortunately for DieNasty fans, his contract was not renewed at the end of the first FUMBBL season. An act that many Manu fans cannot forgive DieNasty for doing so."

Be it the powerful blocks and punches of Trolltrapper or the ball handling and fouling capability of Froghammer, The Green SkinnAZ could not be taken lightly on the pitch. After the team was disbanded, Trolltrapper and Froghammer took whatever gold pieces they could muster from their playing days and went to rome Old World looking for their next endeavors."

1) Edalat "Elegant Eagle" Etar [RETIRED]. High Elf Thrower/HighSphyre Firehawks. (+AV, Block, Dodge, Nerves of Steel) STATS: Games=31, Blocks=68, Rush Yards=143, Pass Yards=45, Completions=61, Casualties=1, TDs=1, MVPs=3, Gained SPP=79 "The Firehawks first drafted thrower who became known as a pure passer. Etar could fling the ball all over the pitch with the best of them and was known to play solid defense in the Firehawks secondary. After he blew his achilles in a game, Etar knew he wasn't going to be the same player and choose to give up his roster spot for an up-and-coming High Elf rookie thrower. It is rumored that Etar spends his retirement swimming all day with dolphins and drinking all night with his many Elven wives."

2) Angor "Spiketail" [RETIRED]. Renegade Rat Ogre/Punching Blokes Gang. (Guard, Block, Dodge, Strip Ball) STATS: Games=37, Blocks=265, Rush Yards=15, Casualties=24, TDs=1, MVPs=5, Gained SPP=71 "Spiketail was a staple of the Punching Blokes Gang first trio of big guys when they were founded. No Blood Bowler showed more grit than Spiketail who in his career sustained 4 Niggling Injuries, and a mighty blow -1AV to his head, but he just kept coming back for more. He was forced into retirement due to the upkeep in cost of treating all of his many, many wounds."

3) Serq [DEAD]. Tomb Kings Tomb Guardian/DieNasty. (Block, Guard, Juggernaut, Mighty Blow) STATS: Games=37, Blocks=352, Casualties=25, TDs-0, MVPs=4, Gained SPP=66 "Even with 37 games and 352 blocks under his wrappings, Serq still had a ton of Blood Bowl left in him. Taken to soon from the pitch, DieNasty still haven't been able to fill the void Serq has left in the middle of their line-of-scrimmage."

4) Anaea [DEAD]. Amazon Jaguar Warrior Blocker/Jungle Divas. (+ST, Block, Guard, Mighty Blow) STATS: Games=28, Blocks=210, Rush Yards=58, Casualties=18, TDs=4, MVPs=3, Gained SPP=60 "Anaea, Anaea, Anaea. Poor, poor Anaea. She was heading to the forefront of BB lore and had everything going for her. Stunning beauty, unmatched strength, great teamsmanship, natural leadership, and that killer instinct so important for a Jaguar Warrior Blocker. But sadly during the first round of the GLT XX Forlorn-II, she met her untimely demise when a Black Orc punched her square in her face with such force that it caused her pretty little nose bone to break and then impale directly into her brain. Anaea was dead before she flopped onto the pitch. A crying shame that the Jungle Divas first ever Captain will no longer grace us with her gloriful presence."

5) Linifi Ator [RETIRED]. Elven Union Thrower/Tower Wardens. (+AV, Block, Cannoneer, Dodge) STATS: Games=19, Blocks=52, Rush Yards=61, Pass Yards=42, Completions=40, Casualties=4, TDs=0, MVPs=2, Gained SPP=56 "Ator was considered Edalat "Elegant Eagle" Etar's biggest rival since they got drafted in the same year. Ator was known as a fierce competitor who loved to mix it up and hit people before he threw completions all over the field to his teammates. Sadly his time on the pitch was cut short due to The Tower Wardens restructuring at the end of its first season and they surprisingly did not renew his contract. With great shame Ator walked away from Blood Bowl and hasn't been seen or heard of since."

5) Count Lothaire "The All-Knowing" Asema [RETIRED]. Vampire Thrower/Fanged Robbers. (Block, Dodge, Leader, Pro) STATS: Games=22, Blocks=81, Rush Yards=130, Pass Yards=13, Completions=29, Casualties=3, TDs=2, MVPs=3, Gained SPP=53 "Count Lothaire Asema was The Fanged Robbers first ever Blood Bowl Star and the team's first ever nominated Captain. Some say that he retired way to early in his career, but he'll tell you that the time was right for him to seek out more blood due to his staggering thirst for it which he wasn't getting enough of from the Thralls on the team. His best game was on 12-09-24 when he completed 6 passes and accounted for two casualties for a total of 10 SPPs in one match!"
