Conclusion
By itself, Claw doesn't actually cause that many more CAS than Mighty blow, and against low AV, it actually causes fewer. What Claw does do is increase the number of K/Os significantly over Mighty Blow.

Unsurprisingly RSC increases the number of CAS nicely - but at a reduction of K/O odds.

I was a bit surprised by how nicely Mighty Blow stacks with Claw or RSC.

So, if you think A K/O is as good as a CAS during a drive then Claw is good. If you want to do real damage, you'll have to stack it with something else, and you might be better off with Mighty Blow. RSC is only good for one thing - increasing your proportion of CAS vs K/O.
