I took a break
Im back, don't know for how long, but I missed Blood Bowl. Last time I played was autum 2009. Made a new team yesterday and another one today, I wanna play with some new teams before I play with my good goodies, and decide where to put them.

What are you playing nowadays? Ranked or LRB 4? The site got a good facelift and so did the game, thats nice to see. Hope to play a whole lot of good games now, so Bring it on!!

Should give you an overview of what is commonly played these days.

All divisions have their pros and cons. Which ones you weigh most is up to you.

I like Ranked, Blackbox and League. The rest hold little interest to me, nor to the rest of the site by the look of the games played there. Many prefer one or two divisions. Particularly Ranked and Blackbox seems to have divided some coaches, for whatever reason.

Ranked is good if you are not familiar with the new ruleset, as you are less likely to bump into teams optimized to exploit the new TV system.

Box is the easiest way to play now, you don't even have to decide on a game name, it is automatically scheduled,and all you do is press the 'play' button and you are away! I suggest you read the help pages, or just ask in chat for a better explanation.
