Diversity in Box
Some months ago i stopped playing box. Too much clawpombing folks, every second game was close to wipe out... whiny whine! So i just played league and thought nothing changed.
Having some free days atm i decided to give the box a chance again... i wanted some fast games, no picking, no hiding, just straight fast fun games.... and was ready to meet the same races again and again.
My Undead now have 12 games. And... guess what... met 12 different races! Amazing how the diversity in box changed!
My big respect to all the fun coaches i met in the last days, i lift my head for you, great to see that there is fun in the box! It seems that those minmaxclawpombing guys are not as many as some months ago... nice!

Well the first 15 games are good, is what everybody says. ;-) Though my Box Darkies have 27 games and have only met 3 CPOMBers yet.

Yeah, the Box is diverse and fun for young teams.
Check the ARR group, you have some teams that belong. Writing from phone and I can't paste the link but check my homepage.

Box is fine really (can't tell for high TV Box though as i don't know).
Pure Cpomb teams are very rare now.
And meeting a cpomb player time to time is not a bad thing at all.
Otherwise lizards/Undead/Orcs and dwarfs would be a nightmare.

You are living in the past Jimmy, these days the hate is on R.
But yes, Box has become a better place with some coaches not playing any more and the scheduler fix to prevent the typical minmax.

Also, one of the guys who plays some nasty Chaos, Griffon31 is doing hilarious and devastating things with Ogres right now - I think he alone could be the difference ;)

The problem in the box is not casual play, it's building teams for majors: not easy over 1500 TV
