Isn't it odd that you can change the sex of a player whenever (and how often!) you want, but not their name?

I'd like a 'given name' and a 'used name'. One immutable for the record, the other for addressing them.

Yeah I'd like to be able to add in (and alter) titles and nicknames as players earn them.
