Elves
Ok, I've just about had it with any kind of Elves, getting bored to death watching them fail in everything... Just had an RRR match and got raped by CD's. Not the ideal matchup you're looking for, but how can you play with anything below av9? Imo that's totally impossible, as every time I've tried to start another team, doesn't matter if it's DE, HE or WE, I'll always end up as retired.
So far I've had a death or niggling injury in about every single match I've had with them, even when trying to stay away from bashing.

So I need some ideas, how can you play with low AV's (and survive) without just playing squishies? Do you just need amazing luck to survive the first 10 games to get enough meatbags to have 11 on the field the whole game? With 70k lineman cost, how can you ever get enough of them?
This team is the perfect example of my pathetic Elven gaming: http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&showmatches=1&team_id=422537 . Forced to retire after short and sad career, getting 270k less money on gate than opponent, giving average of 8% luck advantage to opponent on every game. I've never seen any other team throw as many 1's as elves tend to roll.

Seriously, if there is and I know there is good elf coaches out there, I'd really like to hear some ideas on playing them, surviving, building, anything.
