For the first time since '05 my coach rating is at 150! It took a long time to get back to respectability. Then again, I did take time off away from here.

I had a recent game against a coach whose rating was over 160. I happened to win the game and afterwards in the post game comments I happened to read the following, "The worst play from me in a long time. Losing to a sub 150 CR coach who makes -3D blocks is unacceptable. Islander wouldn't normally get a sniff against me, he's just not good enough. But I played like an idiot, and deserved to lose. I got a bit caught up in killing his annoying catchers and paid the price. In this game he made a good move and caught me. I have a serious problem with the -150 CR squad here! I'd better stick to 'good+160CR' coaches, I can beat them!" Oh yeah? Well, all I have to say is...How ya like me now? :p

While I'm here I might as well go on with some other thoughts.

Playing a crap team like Vampires has really made me learn a lot about the game. I'm an Elf player by nature so anything away from them is a new experience for me. A couple of things I've learned is to be patient with my offense and to move other players first before taking that all important action whatever that may be. Before, I would just pickup the ball in a couple of tackle zones, dodge away, and pass it. No big deal right? Well, 3AG has truly humbled me. In the end, it's for the better.

Now to win one of those Smacks! Hmmmm.
