There aren't really great options. They include:

1. Give him Tackle. Try to play teams that at least have a Dodge player or two on them so all that Tackle isn't wasted.

2. Backup Kick player. Norse die and get KO'ed. Backup isn't that unlikely to be useful.

3. Train a new DP and fire this one. It will cost your team less TR/TS for being just about as useful.

Don't forget Pro!
Though Tackle is almost always better Norse are among the few who can really make good use of Pro on Linos...
