Well you have a lot of teams, and some (like Vamps and Ogres) that aren't very easy to use. If you want to get your rating up try focusing on one team for a bit. Someone like Orcs or Undead are good for learning. You should also spectate some of the top coaches and learn from their experience.
If you're interested that is. If you're having fun then just keep doing what you're doing! :D

I echo Mister Joshua's comment... most of my teams only have a game or two under their belt and my luck is legendary for its level of Nuffle-osity, so I'm up for a game if you are and I can poke holes where you need them to learn.

A) Use a better team. B) Play better.

Next time you log in to play, don't. Make some fluff for your teams instead. Then it don't matter if you lose 'cos its all part of the teams story.
aheh
sorry

"A) Use a better team. B) Play better."
I love the order of these two.
Ok ur halfling, ogre and even Orc team is costing you allot of games. Lose the flings and Ogre. The Orc progression looks fine, just need to get a few tries on the board (try keeping one player within 6 squares of the try line. You can always get a pass off with Orcs but you can't always reach the try line.).
The Ogre teams used to be Ogre's and Goblins. Even then they were regarded as a very tough team to win with. Now with Snotlings, I think that they are incredibly tough. If you want to win I would not use them at all.

Give dark elves or orcs a go. Play against bad coaches if you want to win, play against good coaches if you want to learn.

Oh and your orcs need to lose at least one thrower, cycle the -AV BoB, and get a Mb tackle and a Mb po blitzer asap. 12 players is fine for orcs, 13 if you get a dp and use it.

If the problem is losing, you have a different dilemma. May I suggest a head shrink or a bartender?
Playing the game is the fun part of BB. Winning or losing is the result of playing, so at the least you are still doing the fun part.

What josh and the_sage said.
And join the 145er (gamecount there is quite crazy, so you will in any case get a lot of practice games).
Overall keep an eye on the clock. Judge every decision in the context of the turnmarker. Invest a RR or not? Do a risky play or better stay conservative? When judging the overall mancount. Theres always a distance of 16 turns to go and only that amount of RRs and mostly there is only ever one adequate distance/fighting range for the race/ matchup you play and you should try to control and keep. Where do i need the ball and menz in the next 3 turns? Casualties should follow along this thought, not be forced too much.
After you have decided on 2-3 teams, make visits to the box on a regular - but dont overdo it (play more R until you feel you can solidly hold emerging star, something like 5:1 maybe?).
Box is harder and you should play against good coaches on a regular. But dont overdo it here as well.
Losing aint fun, winning is.
(Yes, and fire the second thrower - i thought one was great and even was playing with the thought of a second one. Now that i have played roughly 15 matches i can already see that one thrower becoming a problem)

Losing is fun too (usually), getting trashed often isn't.

Ignore CR, it's meaningless unless you let it be. However if you want to be more competitive then learn the top tier races first over a number of games, then try the fluff ones out. Flings and Ogres are fun, but hard work to win with unless Nuffle owes you favours. Spectate some games between higher end coaches, cup games are normally good for this. As someone else said, make some team bio's, logo's etc. It really does add something to the game, and makes the results not feel quite so all important.

I can confirm that I stopped using Stunties and Vampires and suchlike.....and won 3 games today.
I think I see what the problem was.

Stop using fun Stunty teams is no way to fix a problem yo.
