Amazons and Dwarfs
So far my Amazons faced dorfs 5 times out of 12 games in the box. They have yet too loose a game vs the dorfs.
The overall TS difference in the match ups vs dorfs is +1 in my favor. Its actually not so bad playing dorfs with amazons as its painted out to. This is my first amazon team ever btw. I realize that my amazons have not had a higher TS than 177 and I guess thats where it starts to really hurt facing dorfs once they got guard MB all over. But below 170 I would say that amazons have a chacne to compete. is about placing your blodgers the right places and try to outmaneuver the long-beards
But over all I am pretty happy that I have not lost to dorfs yet lets see how long it holds

People just fear dwarves too much. They are easy to play against, just keep the play spread out, and the dwarves never stand a chance - both above and below 170 TR/TS.

Dwarves aren't so much the problem, I'd be more worried about CDs.
Still, as the TR goes up, Dorfs will be a pain. Good luck and keep it up.

Get as much side step as you can on the zons and they are a pain for every team.

Amazons actually beat dwarves more often than not at low TR, just look at the racial stats. Chaos dwarves, however, are another matter.

True. This is what happens when you trust someone else's numbers without checking. Still, the numbers are close, and between 130 and 150, amazons actually have a slight advantage.

Dorfs smell worse than they actually are. They're short, slow cherries, ripe for the plucking. :-)
5/12 though, in the box? Some dorf teams need to be retired, jeez.

what was the average CR of the dwarf coaches you faced? :P

I looked it up since I had nothing better to do. 3 of the 5 had CR below 150, and a "bad" losing record with the team. The other 2 were in the 160 region. So well below you in skill, might say more than the amazon vs dwarf.

It might. I actually did not know. the match ups are in he Black box so I did not chose them myself. And did not look up the coaches. All thou I do remember some of them making some bad mistakes that had impact on the game results
