With that said...

I am looking at the Orc team... What am I missing? Looks like an Orc team.

It looks to be a normal orc team to me. I would be more "afraid" against mass guard to be honest, than some random dodge, stat and a pomb.
(Except maybe some extra fragile 7-armored stuff, the mass guard is more fearsome than this build.)
