2 conceding players in not even 2 hours playing.
Totally new for me to see one conceding, and it happened twice!

It sounds perfectly fair to concede when your totally new team (i didn't find anything closer to me) gets serious hits and needs to order a gravestone right away.
Fact that he wasn't able to pick up the ball at all didn't increase the fun either.


But i really can't get to the second one.
I made the orcs greet the playing field decently: with their lips pressed on it.
2 went for SI, a guy for BH (iirc).
I managed to control the slapping, got the ball and went to go stall and slap some more.

Then the whining came that i was lame, that i was able to stall because i was lucky, that 79%-47% said it all...
And he conceded.

Since when is it a crime to stall in turn 6 when you're in control? Seems like that is fair, but when your lucky, it isn't? Like we should go balance out the dice rolls by playing stupid. :)

The, because there is nothing good enough to compete.
Game, because it is meant to be entertaining, to be fun.
Fantasy, because we simply don't want to face the fact that it is possible that an ogre is hiding under our bed tonight.
Football, cause it shares the TD concept. ;)

Don't miss out the second word game, nor one of the main components of the box: the dices.
It is meant to be fun: act to win, but play to amuse. And if you can't handle dices, go play chess, it even contains some bloodbowl skills. (those towers can end up very fast in your endzone with 5MA, sprint and sure feet and watch out for the leap on those horsies)


Anyhow, my main problem with people conceding because the dices only listen to Nuffle is that they can ruin a whole evening. (half a game is just totally not a whole game of fun) And it makes me feel guilty, got easy ff and money for not playing. :/


Maybe it is the compensation of playing evening screwers?
Well, it will never be enough, money will always come eventually, my entertaining game for this evening being lost forever.
