Erick Fritjof, the Lineman.
**Erick sits in his bunk, looking over the games he's played. Suddenly, Ragnar and the head coach come in
Erick "Ragnar! Coach! It's a pleasure to see you guys.."
Erick stands tall and smiles warmly, Ragnar sighs and frowns
Ragnar "Erick... You've been a good man on our team... But we're afraid we need to cut you. You're bloating our teams value way too much, we're going to get slaughtered if we keep you on."
Erick happy smile turns into a shocked frown as the Head coach tosses over a large bag of gold
Coach "Heres your Payment for the four games, and compensation for the six more games we signed you on for."
Erick "But... But, I'm a part of the team! I'm one of you!!!"
Coach "Yes, but, you have no real development. You hardly score, kill, or even hurt the enemy! We're going to need to let you go."
Erick expression sinks and he slumps over a bit
Erick "I... I don't understand... I've tried so hard... But... I guess I must. Its been an honor playing by your side, Ragnar."
Erick walks out of the bunk-house, heartbroken.
Ragnar clears his throat
Ragnar "That doesn't mean you still can't play one last game, Erick... Maybe if you prove yourself, we'll let you stay on."
Erick looks back and smiles
Erick "You... You mean it?"
Coach "Yeah... Might as well see.."
Erick "Ragnar! Coach! It's a pleasure to see you guys.."

Well done. One suggestion: use [url=playerpage]playername[/url] when you name a player or character in a blog, makes easier to understand who you're referring to.
Also the same for the team page. Keep it up with good fluff! :)
