QLD Flood Crisis
The Queensland Government has launched an appeal to help fellow Queenslanders affected by the recent floods. Many communities have been devastated. Some families have lost everything. You can help make a difference by donating to the Premier's Flood Relief Appeal.

I'll be putting some money into this one myself as well Tomay. Was up in the Toowoomba region looking at possible refurbs for work and now it looks like I'll be refitting half the stores in QLD.

i'm sorry to say, but half australia drowns and the other half is lacking that water..., isn't it?
donating means acknowledging the gov has failed, yet you donate to the government?

how has the government failed, when it is a natural disaster caused by the effects of a harsh la nina weather pattern. The government set up a relief appeal to ensure the money is properly allocated and no false NPO's take good peoples money.

The response from our government has been excellent in my view, with an immediate response and deployment of a large quantity of troops. It's not the government's fault that Australia is such a large and diverse country with a varied climate (similar to USA).

You should do some proper research and pull your head in before saying these sorts of things at this time, especially as the global media feeds the masses a lot of rubbish which gives people the wrong idea about Australia.
