Okay, I'm in the "Don't give a hoot"-category when it comes to the RNG. It's just numbers, people! If the current RNG is flawed (which it's not) I have an alternative for those who doubt the randomness of the current algorithm: Either come up with an alternative one or roll the dices yourself!
