Reikland Reporter: Wreckers are Playoff Bound with a Potential Upgrade!
As many know, former coach of the Wreckers Sharkrudi made the decision to take his leave from coaching after a close loss in Week 15, leading to a newcomer coach Dieuraskel to take over the Wreckers, starting with an immediate move to relocate the team to Reikland.

In his first two games as coach, the final two games of the regular season, the Reikland Wreckers has both won a game and lost a game. This leaves the team with an 8-5-3 record, leaving them second in the SHC South behind the Avalanche, but good enough for the 5th seed going into the DLE playoffs.

But the Wreckers would not go into the playoffs quietly, deciding to submit a trade to send away their 3rd round pick in this season's draft to the Wolfskins in exchange for lineman Joseph Notebloom. However, the Wreckers already have sixteen players signed to their roster, meaning there is no room for Notebloom to play. So shortly thereafter, the Wreckers submitted another trade to the league: They will send away Arthur Bonneval to the White Wolves in exchange for the Wolves' 4th round pick this year.

Should both trades go through, the wreckers stand to benefit from the total exchange. Bonneval has struggled to stay on the pitch despite number injuries which seem to be catching up to him, and Notebloom is a clear upgrade with more potential to become an excellent LOS Specialist like fellow lineman McGlinchey. And the cost for this upgrade? All the Wreckers had to do was slide form a late 3rd round pick to and early 4th round pick.

The trade the Wreckers have submitted to the League, if approved, stand to be excellent moves to reinvigorate the fanbase after a horrid game 17 and give the team the confidence boost it needs to be in fighting spirit as the Wild Card round prepares to kick off.

Upon further investigation, it seems the DLE informant for the Reikland Reporter has provided some misinformation. Any trades donw within the DLE are not completed until the end of the playoffs, so the previously mentiuoned trades will nto be in effect for Playoff games.

In addition, the trade involving Joseph Notebloom has been cancelled by the Wreckers and Wolfskins as the Wolfskins have announced their intention to enter restructuring.

The informant responsible for this erroneous misinformation has been found to be weary of constant work and is being sent to a mandatory vacation to the Nurgle Gurgling Hot Tar Pits. On an unrelated note, the Reikland Reporter is now hiring for a new DLE informant.

Former coach Sharkrudi is delighted with the Wreckers' accession to the playoffs, an accession in which he played a major role before giving way to a young coach who is showing his potential.

Good luck for the future, I loved coaching this team.
If you need a replacement coach, I'll be there for the team.
