I like the theme and that you introduce some original positionals. I have no idea about the mechanics or cost of making a new race, though. But I think you should post this in the forum to get a proper feedback.

To me it looks like a superior Vamp team. Why would you ever choose to play vamps rather than this team, except for fluff reasons?

I would drop thick skull from the spirits, it just doesnt make sense to me. Or just call them skeletons and I think only 2 Ghosts would suffice and 4 banshees. So they would stand a chance against any claw teams.

Why are spirits and banshees that easy to break? Giving them all AV 10 would be somewhat interesting.
You could also consider giving Spirits AG 4, but keep them at low MA. That would be something new!
Well, didn't really think about balance and stuff like that, I just like the fluff and the originality. :-)

Hm, one might argue that Spirits are easy to get rid off - but they will be back most of the time (Thick Skull, Regen). :-D

maybe at TV1000 this is a stronger vamp team, but then when the vamps start to get skills (practically any that they like!) my ST1, no hands ghosts, will still be on 0 spp.
i think the spirits might not need thick skull, and i think i meant disturbing presence instead of foul appearance for the banshees. i like that they would put others off, but be unaffected by anyone else. also maybe having 4+4+2 positionals is too many, so would probably drop the ghosts to 0-2... but then again they're the fluffiest part of the team...
Anyway, i think i've done alright! thanks for all the feedback people!!
