DLE - BB2020 College 7s
This is the feeder league for Draft League Europe. Retired skilled players will be added to the College Talent pool for future DLE drafts. Each draft will select 45(+/-) players from this College Talent list to fill the DLE draft list.

This League will adhere to the BB2020 skillset and Seasons format. Seasons will be in Open format and when a Team reaches 6 games played it's Season is complete. At that point please retire any players that have 4 or more skills. They have chosen to register for the draft. Consider all other players to be rehired for the next season. No player may play more than 4 seasons. As with American College Football, after a player has played 4 seasons, he has no further college eligibility and must move on with his life. In this case they move on to the draft.

In the future there will be tournaments but none are scheduled at this time.

Coaches can choose to submit multiple teams to the 7s League because when there is a tournament, League scoring will be based off a scoring formula. (2 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, tie-breakers come from total TDs scored, then Casualties taken).

Teams are built using 880,000 gold pieces for players, rerolls, and apothecary.

Seasons
A team's Season is comprised of 6 games.

After 6 Games played each team will enter the Re-hire process to get ready for the next season.

Any player retired in the Re-Hire process will be added to the DLE College Talent pool and be eligible for the Draft.

Also any player with 4 or more added skills at the end of a Season MUST be retired.

Any player that has played in 4 different seasons MUST be retired and enter the draft.

Gameplay
7 players on the pitch
0 players required on the Line of Scrimmage.
At least 3 players required within the first 3 rows near centerfield.
No more than 1 player in each wide zone.
Full inducements except for Wizards and Star Players.
Treasury CAN NOT be used for inducements.
Each team is allotted 100k for the purchase of 1 apothecary.

Absolutely NO FOULING except through the use of Pile Driver
