“Things have changed a lot since the Woodies last met the Vermin during Season XV. The Germans are a shadow of the team that trounced the WDD 5-3.
With only 9 rats fronting up for this match it was just what the Revenge needed to get their confidence back after 2 demorlilasing losses on the trot.
Hernando grabbed a double on debut thanks to some good ball handling by Rainbow Warrior. Smoker J had a stong game with good support from Philberto. However revenge was extracted by Passive Miguel Sanchez. Matt Tinsen who terorised the Woodies in that earlier meeting was sent to his maker. The gods of Chaos were well pleased.

I have never been more afraid. The past few weeks have been a blur- no, more like a red smear.
We started Season 28 quietly confident. Sure, we had high player costs, but damnit, we had the star power. We had Manfred at the helm, Wilhelm and Benz in the wings, and Matt to cause chaos wherever he went. If only we could get a decent run with injuries, we thought...
At the start of the season there were 6 of us still here who had played in the Season 14 & Season 15 Premiership winning teams. Now, I am the last of us left...
The Vermin captaincy is now mine, but it will probably come to be my death sentence. I lead a band of rookies and dropouts who stand little chance of surviving long in what is a lethal climate. Be that as it may, we will fight, we will endure. There is nothing we can do except try to stay alive.
