“Nuffle grant us the ball! The dark elves scored a well-deserved 8 turn TD in the first half, and Shrieking Bloodstorm was unable to deal much damage, but neither did we recieve much damage.

The second half saw us score a number of KO's, as well as our casualties, which put the game more in our favor; Shindahl also recieved the kick, passed to Shreeft, and raced up to a fairly heavy cage. Malmir of course had his agi 5 leap strip baller go after Shreeft, with good success.. and from there everything went to heck. 5 turns were spent as the two teams scrambled all over the place, failed dodges, pows, tackles, blitzes, guards, everything being used to actually get the ball. Both teams had the ball multiple times, only to lose it promptly (including an unnescessarily failed GFI from Shindahl.. ) Krronk even caught the ball while in 3 tackle zones and was unanimously named MVP for the feat! Not that he held it long enough to even block someone (thinking about what to do would take too far longer for Krronk.) Then a mostly unguarded blodging elf ended up with the ball, and was tackled down... only to have the ball unluckily bounce straight into the arms of the agi 5 leaper! The dark elf promptly fled to the other side of the map, with the remaining elves forming whatever screen they could, and successfully stunning the only lizardman capable of blitzing the ball carrier.

The dark elves score their second touchdown. Shreeft promptly scores a two turn touchdown, as by this point, the match is 11v7 for the lizards, and there simply isn't any effective way for the dark elves to break into the 5 saurii cage, or prevent the sure footed sprinter from racing through to the end zone.
