instead was a bit of a fail

first half went well despite my several mistakes, managed to stay away and outblocked them, out-cas'd them too due to my mighty blow elves

moved the ball up, then back a bit, then ran down the sidelines with a weak screen. screen got punched, but 2+ with dodge and a handover to transfer the ball to the very back of the other side of orc half

but a hole got punched through the screen and that damnable temple guard with 2x GFI managed to block me onto the sideline. so i had to 3+ with dodge and score in turn 7


i Kick deep, orcs push forward but fluff catching the pass and i think their last RR
i reform into a column defense in front of their move8 guy and also put an annoying lineman in the way of the ball getting to him

however orcs manage a pass to the damnable temple guard who catches it, dodges through the edge of a tackle zone and 2x GFI for the half time equaliser

i could have prevent this by having my column defense everybody one square to their right. this would leave a gap on the sideline but could be protected by a sidestepper. i was only looking at the m8 guy as a scoring threat though



second half
again we Kick fairly deep but there's a lot of guard and tackle in contact with my guys now. i tried to dodge the witch through the middle of the line to blitz the lonely ball...

turn 2 i spill the ball with wizard, but it bounces into 3 tacklezones :( i try an elaborate series of blocks inc 1d in order to make space for the witch to grab it, but it fails and gg at that point

probably shoulda just dodged out with the witch and hoped for thto escape with ball

maybee could have won, but i screwed it up a few ways, and too many Tackle orcs
