Ulthuan Strikes Back had met the Geniuz Brainboyz before in the regular league, when the game ended on a 1-1 draw .

This match started with the High Elves receiving, but the Orcs got a Blitz! on kick-off, seriously messing up our gameplan. They didn't get the ball (that was kicked deep), but took out a catcher immediately and prevented obvious blocks on the LoS. We had to switch back to a plan B that didn't really exist. Nevertheless, with elves nothing is ever lost and we managed a somewhat lucky touchdown in turn 5. That left the Geniuses four turns to score. Despite a solid defense, the Orcs managed to score by dodging through the defense line, marking the 1-1 score at half-time.

The second half was a traditional grind, with the 2-1 final score marked in turn 8. Three stand firm orcs on the LoS prevented any hope of a oneturner to equalize.
