Well, what can I say? Nuffle wasn't on our side...
Two perfect defenses, a thrown rock (while we had won the FAME roll) badly hurting our second best blitzer and so on. On top of that, we had to fight down an opposing wizard.
The Raiders & Corsairs managed to score quickly and prevent the equalizer in the first half, leading to a logical overtime. Once again we lost the coin toss, so the orcs received. Overall, we managed to kick the ball loose three times, but it still wasn't enough. In the end we lost the last roll of the game in the penalty shoot-out too.
Better luck next time I suppose... and off to buy a sacrificial altar to please Nuffle...”
