“After a year and a half without a match we took on this Cheaters side with lots of secret weapons. With a chunk of inducements we took a babe and Lorebass the starplayer. But somehow I didn't click the Lorebass icon. It seemed someone had taken the money and run! This surely contributed to our troubles today. An incredible mistake, and one that was only noticed part way through the match..

Today we were also missing two skilled Squigs from our lineup. Despite this Big King was still feeling confident. A Cheater Pogo gobbo picked up the ball. Big King then dodged through the opposition and smashed him down. In response Arn Anderson took his saw and cut hard into Big King. A blow that left him unresponsive! He appeared dead for a moment but the apo saved him. Alas he still has a niggling injury. What a blow to a true great, and what a start for the comeback match. Not only that but their bomber's first throw ko'd a squig and a herder! We were left with little talent on the pitch. Hardest Nutz had to raise his game. Somehow despite effective weapons we delayed their drive. Eventually a gobbo ran away but our diving tackler just managed to get close enough to him and their carrier tripped in the endzone.

2nd half only 2 of our 5 kos came back on, despite the babe, so we were playing 8 v 11. Hardest Nutz made good progress but we lost a couple more players including a cas from a dodge and later one from a gfi. The bombs were also coming in hard. He made it to their half and was moments away from a TD. But he was taken down and stunned by another impressive bomb throw. So the cheaters regained the ball. Our remaining players still desperately managed to make their pogoer's life tricky and in the end it came down to a handoff which failed. It ends 0-0!

This was the 28th match for Hellmouths. The first one that Hellmouth and Devil have missed. The first time Big King was injured, and the first we have played that ends 0-0! We had some major calamities today and couldn't cause a cas, but at least no defeat.”
