“Whoever put the armour on for both teams was having a bit of a jolly today. Players were being taken off the pitch as if they were halflings. By the end of the first half there were four humans left on the pitch and two dead lizards due to Billy Connolly's mighty punchlines.

Nuffle was watching this match closely and there were extremes of luck for both teams. After a blitz the Jokers evened the score after the first turn of the second half with some elf like scoring.

The end of the second half got a bit messy with the Jokers trying to stop the lizards from scoring their third and potential game winning touchdown. Their attempts failed and the game ended 3-2 to the Stumblers.

It was a brilliant game and highly enjoyed by the crowd. ”
