first half after some positioning Duke Death rushed forward with his touchbacked ball followed by some teammates
the dwarfs swarmed the rot-smelling little company and surrounded them overpowering, but a RRd dodge of the wight saved the undeads day and he marched into TD

the dwarfs, having little time to score, tried the passing game, but ridiculous blocking performance did not clear the way to an easy pass
but the real problem was that the zombie Khystata not only remained in the way, but intercepted the pass
all I could do afterwards is to prevent another TD against me

about the second half I report in shame
after nice blocking work and picking up the ball, I left the middle open, so that Garyt could bring a wight and a ghoul to threaten my ball carrier
a rush forward and a handoff could solve the situation, provided many dwarfs were at hand to follow the ball after the handoff - but all in the TZ of a zombie, so I started with the blocking job
now, only a push was enough to free tons of dwarfs, but that zombie got "hit" by solely Pow/Skulls and he had block skill
the last chance to put some cover on the coming ball needed a GFI, which was a 1+1,so the ball remaind back and exposed 2:0

turn 15 saw a trial on pushing forward some dwarfs to scoring distance but already the first one 1+1ed the GFI

so, stupid decisions and average but at key moments tragedy dice is not a good combination - but a not armorbreaking Chainsaw inducment is not helping either

We faced Dwarfs who looked dangerously setup for life near the sidelines. As we are the bigger team they brought in a babe and a brutal looking Saw player to help them. It was allowed by the ref, after much argument, to participate for 2 drives but did little to our everliving team.
Our first drive was a shambling one. Perhaps mistakenly I gave the touchback ball to the S4 Duke Death, who soon used a rr for a GFI. We had some players taken out but with the spread field the Wight was just able to make the score with a stumbling dodge.
The Dwarfs came back but we stunned their ag4 and the Runner still went for a pass. Khystata, a zombie, intercepted! Our receivers were marked and the half ended 1-0.
We did another long kick. Their Dwarf carrier held back and after some hitting a Ghoul and Wight made it through the centre. The scrum looked like it could go badly towards the sidelines for us but a couple of Both Downs absorbed by Seal helped us out and then after a Dwarf tripup the Faceless Hunter was crucially able to smash and stun their carrier, and catch the ball. A great blitz which along with a little stall sealed the match for us.
The Dwarfs had another go but weren't up to a quick TD.
We didn't cause any casualties, but perhaps had some luck considering the amount of blocks received, and with an otherwise very solid team job gives a long awaited win for the Villains.
