All the luck was with me - successful argue the ref rolls, very hot weather that hurt the lizards more than the 'Glory, GFIs that always failed for my opponent (including the cruelest, denying him victory on his very last turn), and a sweet missed thrown team mate who took out one skink when he landed on his head and then punched out another when he picked himself up again - I went into the second half dreading another pitch clear, but this was one of those exciting matches where it could have gone in almost any direction on any turn.
