The Wandering Feathers were on fire. They wouldn't suffer even a single casualty this game and inflict no less than five on the opposition's side.
A Smack in Da Face! started the first half receiving. The elves tried to contain them, which worked out quite well until a snaked dodge in turn 7 left a hole in the Feathers' defense. The MA10 wolf went through and scored in turn 8. Three stand firm players reduced all hope of a oneturner to zero (no juggernaut on the team). Nevertheless, the elves seriously injured a wight and ko'd a golem on a foul. Not bad, but still 0-1 at halftime.
The Feathers received in the second half and continued hurting necromantics. With the numbers advantage stalling wasn't particularly hard. The elves scored in the last turn: 1-1. With a MA10 wolf a oneturner was still a possibility (only 1 sidestepper on the team), but it didn't work out. Overtime!
Nuffle was with the elves and made them win the coin toss: the Feathers would receive. After a few turns the elves chose a side, but it was quite hard to punch a hole in the defense. Things got messy and we risked being surfed, but sidestep saved us. In the end a 3+ leap was all we needed. The team reroll made it work: 2-1, a win for the Wandering Feathers!
