#5 Hungry Caterpillar – Serious Concussion (-AV)

“Another disaster for the Invertebrutes. While losing 1-0 isn't so bad in itself, this is the second match in a row that somebody has failed to regen from a serious injury. With Millipede dying yesterday, and Hungry Caterpillar taking a hefty blow to the head, the team are understandably concerned about their future safety. Grumbling about failed wizards aside, the team didn't do (too) badly. A final 1d blitz to make it to the end zone for a draw ended in heartbreak, but all we needed was a 5/9 chance followed by 3 2+ in a row ... hang on, that's not that big a number. Centipede should have got man of the match for his blocking (almost taking down a ST6 troll, which would have been quite the scalp) but instead Locust got it, despite only playing for two turns. Something odd going on there, I'm sure.”
